SAN MARCOS — Mary S. Ridder, 83, died Monday, June 12, 2006 at a local hospital. Born Jan. 10, 1924, in Larchwood, Iowa, she lived in San Marcos for 14 years and in the Los Angeles area for 12 years previously. She was a tax examiner for the Internal Revenue Service for seven years.
