About 38 Thousand of Colorado real estate brokers missed the Dec. 31 deadline to comply with a new special law mandating that Colorado brokers submit fingerprints and fees for background checks to state & Federal law enforcement officials.
So technically, this means they are out of business.
So an an emergency measure was enacted by the Colorado Real Estate Commission to extend the deadline to Jan. 31.
